Corrections, Removal & Copyright

Last updated 16 September 2026

For practices and rights holders who need something changed or taken down.

Correct a listing

If details about your practice are wrong, the fastest route is to claim your listing and edit it yourself. Changes to services, conditions treated and insurance accepted are reviewed before publication, usually within two business days. If you would rather not create an account, send us the corrections and we will make them.

Remove a listing

Listings are compiled from public information, so a practice does not have to opt in to appear. We will still remove a listing on request from an authorized representative of the practice. Contact us from an email address at the practice's domain with:

  • the practice name and the address of the listing page,
  • your name and role at the practice,
  • whether you want full removal or only the removal of specific information.

We action verified removal requests within five business days. If the practice has closed or moved, tell us and we will mark or remove the listing.

Report inaccurate or unsafe content

Anyone can report a listing or article that is inaccurate, misleading, or makes a claim it should not. Include the page address and what is wrong. We verify against primary sources and correct promptly. Content that promises outcomes, misrepresents FDA clearance, or advertises services a practice is not licensed to provide is removed.

Reviews

We remove reviews that are defamatory, impersonating, incentivized, written by a competitor, or that disclose a third party's health information. We do not remove a review because it is unfavourable. To dispute one, send us the page address and the reason.

Copyright takedown (DMCA)

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page including:

  1. your physical or electronic signature,
  2. identification of the copyrighted work,
  3. the address of the material you say is infringing,
  4. your address, telephone number and email,
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized,
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable infringing material promptly on a valid notice and notify the person who posted it, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate repeat infringers.
