1. Agreement

By using TMS Therapy New Jersey you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

TMS Therapy New Jersey is an independent directory of clinics offering transcranial magnetic stimulation and related psychiatric care in New Jersey. We are not a medical practice, we do not provide medical advice, and we do not refer patients in any clinical sense. We publish information and pass along enquiries.

3. No medical advice, no doctor-patient relationship

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it creates no doctor-patient relationship with us or with any clinic listed. See our medical disclaimer. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

4. Accuracy of listings

Listing information comes from public sources, from clinics themselves, and from mapping data providers. Hours, insurance participation, protocols and staff change constantly. We verify what we can and mark what we cannot. Always confirm insurance coverage, cost and clinical suitability directly with the clinic before booking. We do not guarantee that any clinic is accepting patients, participates in your plan, or is suitable for your condition.

5. Contacting clinics

When you submit a request, you agree that we may pass your details to the relevant clinic and that the clinic may contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask a clinic to stop contacting you at any time.

6. Clinic accounts and claimed listings

Practice owners who claim a listing confirm they are authorized to act for that practice. Claimed listings must be accurate, must not advertise services the practice cannot lawfully provide, and must not make outcome guarantees. We review edits before publication and may reject or remove content that is misleading, plagiarized, or non-compliant with FDA promotional rules and state advertising law for healthcare providers. We may suspend or remove any listing or account at our discretion.

7. Paid placement

Some listings are promoted. Promoted placement is always labelled. Paying does not change how we describe a clinic's services or protocols. See our advertiser disclosure.

8. Reviews and user content

Reviews must describe genuine first-hand experience. We remove content that is defamatory, discriminatory, impersonating, incentivized, or that discloses someone else's health information. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the site. We moderate but do not endorse user content.

9. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the directory in bulk, resell our content, submit false enquiries, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the service. Reasonable indexing by search engines and answer engines is welcome, subject to our published crawler rules.

10. Intellectual property

Site design, editorial content, and compiled directory data are owned by TMS Therapy New Jersey and protected by copyright. Clinic names, logos and photos remain the property of their owners.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMS Therapy New Jersey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any care you receive or fail to receive from a clinic found through this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TMS Therapy New Jersey against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you cannot waive by law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
