I've found Dr Rajput easy to get hold of, and I've never had a problem with him: The nurse practitioners are great, especially the warm and sunny Suzanne Floyd, who works with kids as well as adults. I use Brick Psych for monitoring my meds four times a year, usually by Telehealth. They do offer Spravato but I have no experience with that.”

“I have had a great experience with Chris as my practitioner. Also, the receptionist Sheryl was very helpful. But it is impossible to get in contact with them most of the time and google always says they are closed. I have to reschedule an appointment for tomorrow and no one is picking up. There is no option to leave a voicemail. They charge $50 if you don’t notify them 24 hours in advanced (as so many doctors offices).”

“Was not the least bit happy with the customer service from Brick. I was interested in the spravato ketamine. They gave me a hard time due to my being on other meds. They were willing to give me a consultation at $295 with no guarantee I would recieve the treatment. NO THANKS, also do not do the nasal treatment or at home treatments. There are services that provide intravenous which is by far the most effective and it is a guided treatment. I wound up using Reyou in Howell. It was the most amazing experience I have ever seen. Avi and Ben make you feel so relaxed going in and spend a lot of time going over your specific situation. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions ☺️”
