“My provider moved to this location. I have called 5 times with no response from the staff. I was able to get someone on the phone 1 time, asked if they were in-network for my insurance, was sent to the coordinator's voicemail, left her a voicemail and then received 9 emails setting up the patient portal. After calling 2 times after this with no call back, and needing an appointment, I decided to complete the forms for the client portal thinking they would call me back since I completed the forms. It has been 3 business days, and I have not heard back. I am annoyed that I supplied my information for a company that I am not going to use, that I would not recommend and that I now have to switch doctors because of the incompetent, unreliable office staff.”
