“The fun part about this place is: if you have to cancel last minute they charge you 100 dollar fee, BUT if they cancel last minute (which has happened multiple times) all you get is the inconvenience. Less of a helpful service and more of a money grab type company.”

“I've been through many mental health providers, this wasn't the worse but not the best by a long shot. Everyone was pleasant and professional for the most part. I felt like as soon as Dr. Happiness heard my family history she diagnosed me based off that alone. Although I disagreed with the diagnosis, I took the medical recommendation and started the meds prescribed. She only gave me meds for 30 days w/ no refills until I went back to see her. This is pretty standard when starting new meds, the thing that truly bothered me and made me feel like they don't care about the patients mental state was when I couldn't make it to an appt. before my meds ran out they refused to provide me a refill even though that caused me to go off them cold turkey. Thankfully my symptoms didn't worsen, but I'd hate to think what could happen to someone who is near crisis and is forced to get off their meds, cold turkey.”

“I highly recommend staying away from Harmony Bay. They canceled my appointment one week. and then the therapist did not show to my most recent one. When I called to connect, you’re connected with a national call center. The entire process feels very corporate and not focused on patient care. There are better, local practitioners.”

“Do not use. I was on hold for 20 minutes knowing that I was running late to an appointment, and I wanted to see what my options were. No one ever said I could have taken it from my phone. My mom was on the call, just not me. The therapist didn’t even give my mom a chance to contact me to get me on the call. She hung up on my mom and I’m left with a 50 dollar charge. The receptionist was from a call center, so they couldn’t even contact the provider directly. If I knew I’d be hit with the missed appointment, I would have cancelled or rescheduled while I was on the call with her. Find yourself a local group or therapist.”
