Harmony Bay was able provide immediate support to start the process of obtaining services. All the customer service agents are professional and knowledgeable, including Tiffany. The intake process with Jessica was positive and provided me with comfort and care. Dr. Davari is one of the best doctors I have encountered. She truly listens and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Davari has been a life safer for me. She is great to talk to and aim towards recovery. Thank you for all your help.

Victoria is the therapist I have been looking for. We have been working together for two years now, and I couldn't be happier with the support I have received. I look forward to our weekly appointments and feel that her questions and guidance have helped me make improvements in my life and tackle challenging situations. She is the first therapist I have found who actually offers new perspectives and allows me to think outside of my typical thought pattern, allowing real change to happen.

I have had a very positive experience with my therapist, who is highly knowledgeable in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT skills such as emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness have been consistently integrated into our work, and that structure has been extremely helpful for me. I value his direct, practical approach and the way he explains perspectives clearly and honestly. This style has helped me better understand my own patterns and make meaningful changes. Scheduling is easy, and I appreciate having a consistent standing weekly appointment. Medication management has also been handled thoughtfully; my doctor listens carefully and has never pushed unnecessary medication. The front desk staff and records department are professional, polite, and responsive, which makes a big difference in continuity of care. Unfortunately, I am giving one star due to company policy regarding Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Despite being in therapy for over two years and medication management for over a year, the organization does not support ESA documentation. As a result, I now have to return to a previous provider to update an ESA letter that already exists in my medical file. This policy creates an unnecessary barrier to care. My dog is an important part of my emotional stability and overall mental health, and this lack of support is deeply disappointing. Overall, the clinicians themselves are excellent, and the quality of care is strong. However, the company’s ESA policy significantly impacts accessibility and continuity of support, which ultimately affected my rating.

I had a very disappointing experience with Harmony Bay Wellness. I went in for an intake appointment in early January of this year because I was looking into somatic therapy, but after the appointment I realized they were not the right fit for what I was seeking. This month (July), I was surprised to receive a $150 charge for that intake visit. What frustrated me most was that this was never clearly explained to me in a way that felt transparent or upfront... and why I am being billed 6 months later. I understand that intake appointments can sometimes be billable, but the way this was handled felt misleading and unnecessarily stressful. Instead of helping me feel supported, the process left me feeling confused and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would caution others to get every cost in writing before scheduling anything here.
