“Refused to offer me services because I didn’t want to do the program they recommended which would have made me miserable with my work schedule. Tried to ask for the policy in writing that said I had to do it and they wouldn’t give it to me. Not patient centered or holistic at all. Basically was told to go somewhere else.”

“They found fault in everything I did !! I was speaking to another group member outside of group and they terminated me after I went there for help !! She gave me her phone number . It was a different experience for me with the group therapy ! All the therapist were younger then me , with no life experiences ! I would turn my screen off to go to the bathroom or eat . They complained about that when the other clients smoked cigarettes all kinds of noise in the background . the hours for group were between 6-9 I couldn't work I wasted my time no income coming in because of the hours I had group . A whole month wasted I'm behind in my bills 26,000 dollars it cost for other people listen to your problems as well !! What if I decided to end my life because I was let go ! I will call my insurance company to make sure they didn't over charge me for nothing 👎”
