“Don't bother. Need a refill? Medication management line never answers and never calls you back. Need an appointment? You get a cancellation day of. Need that appointment for the refill medication management has ghosted you on? Too bad. You'll have to schedule the appointment online 2-3 weeks in the future and hope you don't get cancelled on day of. Need that medication within those 2-3 weeks? Oh well, they can't do anything about it. Just sad, I never dealt with a place like this and am sorry for myself for staying as a patient for as long as I did.”

“I wish I could give a zero. Shame on this company. 2 weeks ago, I called. they sent me papers from their portal. I was unable to get in. Called, on hold for 1 hour, then recalled and on hold 45 minutes and they resent. I filled out all (or so I thought). day of appointment, I could not get in the zoom link, so I called, while on hold for 15 minutes, the therapist called. she informed me, I never signed papers properly. Why did no one call? Shame on them. And they best not charge me for all this additional stress, anxiety caused. SHAME ON THEM!!! Do not deal with Harmony Bay”
