What patients say on Google

I have been coming here for the past two years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. The entire team is incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. They consistently go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for The treatments I’ve received have been exceptional, and the results have fully exceeded my expectations. After two years, I can honestly say I have never had a single negative experience. Every visit has been met with the same warmth, attentiveness, and compassion. I’m so grateful I found this practice, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care!

One of the most psychologically distressing medical experiences I have ever had. I came to Hudson Mind for Spravato treatment and was placed into an environment that felt chaotic, loud, and completely inappropriate for a vulnerable psychiatric treatment. Throughout my induction session, there was constant loud laughing and conversation from surrounding staff members to the point that I could hear it clearly through noise-canceling headphones while actively undergoing treatment. The nurse assigned to me was kind and repeatedly attempted to get staff members to quiet down, but the behavior continued regardless. What disturbed me most was the apparent lack of awareness or concern from surrounding staff that patients receiving ketamine-based treatment are often in an emotionally vulnerable and perceptually sensitive state and require a calm, controlled environment. The experience continued affecting me psychologically well after the appointment ended, including nightmares afterward. Instead of leaving treatment feeling supported, I left feeling overstimulated, unsettled, and worse than when I arrived. Hudson Mind acknowledged afterward that the experience was “not up to their standard of care.” Unfortunately, after just one session, the experience was significant enough that I ultimately decided to discontinue treatment entirely because I no longer felt safe continuing care there. For psychiatric treatment, environment matters. Based on my experience, Hudson Mind failed profoundly in that regard.

While I want to say the employees are very nice here, I would strongly suggest making an appointment at a more organized location. I was sent two appointment times for my SGB/neural reset. Assuming the appointment had been pushed back, I arrived at 3. On my way over I received a call asking if I was still coming. I explained to the front desk my last text said that the appointment was at 3. They were confused, I was confused. When I arrived and showed my text messages, I would only receive my SGB that day. A moment later, I actually couldn't receive ANY treatment as the doctor had just left for the day and would be going on vacation, preventing a timely rescheduling. Turns out this is because the total reset schedules you "between two departments," but this was never communicated to me and their system didn't show I had a 3pm at all. Why even mark them as two separate appointments only for the patient and not the front desk? I was refunded in full, which I appreciate. On top of all this, the office in 281 is not finished, and the door is locked. Though this is the address they will send you, you will have to figure out yourself that you need to enter 280 next door and go up two flights. If a patient is going for an SGB and Ketamine treatment, one can assume they're incredibly treatment resistant, try to imagine how incredibly disappointing it would be to have your expectations let down like this after driving all the way from another borough. If you're at your last resort, please schedule at a more organized facility where the front desk understands their own scheduling procedures.

Overall very satisfied with the professional service. Did my stellate ganglion block there as a foreigner and got a good service and lots of guidance and necessary paperwork. Sadly the SGB did not work for some reason. Maybe should perform another one in the future on left side.
