“Going to Dr. Frenkel’s office is always the best for the past 3 years. I love how Dr. Frenkel also shares her experiences with me it feels like instead of reading off a script I feel I’m having a genuine conversation with someone. My billing situation was difficult but the billing department was able to guide me through it. Overall very nice and supportive environment, would definitely recommend. I have seen many other physiatrists but this is the only practice I would recommend.”

“My experience was very concerning. I was prescribed multiple different medications over time by Dr .Violina Frenkel, and I experienced a severe decline in my mental health. I became suicidal and ultimately had to go to the hospital. I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed, and i did not feel supported during my treatment. I hope this practice takes patient's experiences seriously and improves communication and monitoring when prescribed psychiatric medications. If I could give Dr. Frenkel zero stars I would.”
