“I loved my experience with Kristen as a provider. However, this practice never informed me that she left and I was left without a provider unexpectedly with no notice. I have been at this practice for 3 years and no one bothered to inform me that my provider was no longer there. I was then charged $50 for my first cancellation despite being a patient who never misses appointments. This was a truly awful ending to an experience that was otherwise positive. Leaving a patient without a provider for months with no contact/updates is not okay for something as sensitive as medication management. I am disappointed.”
