“All I needed and hoped for was help; that you could mediate a situation with a doctor who is using your product: refused to release my records to the point I have to start TMS all over despite paying $2000 in copays already did not prescribe my medication in 4months while I was seeing him, changes my medication without reason. No, you cannot interfere but you can choose who you do business with. I hoped you could help, but instead you blocked me and silenced me. I come from a family of doctors so no I'm not coming from simply spewing hate, but frustration, stress and letting you know there is someone out their abusing the trust of his patients (after reported numerous times for racist remarks) and you wrote me off. I was signed up to restart TMS again despite everything that happened. It worked well and I showed signs of improvement till I had to relocate and this former center conveintely sent over my charts 2months later (knowing it would be too late to continue; throwing my $2000 away)... and you decided to silence me. Which then makes it evident you are conspiring as well. So what would of been me letting go of the situation and starting over is becoming a lawsuit. Your action is reprehensible.”
