It’s therapeutic and it’s a way for me to tell someone other than friends or family members who may be biased or close minded to have an unbiased ear.”

“Absolutely predatory. I’m reporting them for fraudulent billing as they cannot seem to understand what “you cashed my cheque” means when regarding a balance. The counselors & therapists are great. Billing seems to be literally non existent. I emailed the “Lifestancecares” email somebody responded with below…. and like I’ve had happen for years now, nobody resolved it or reached out from billing. They are after one thing - money. And it shows. If you are struggling with something that doesn’t allow you to persistently fight against this? Don’t bother here. I left months ago, after they couldn’t fix my billing and persistently confused me with another client (meaning I had access to all of her information on my portal). Go elsewhere. I’ve used a lot of mental health services before and you can 100% find better many other places.”
