“I contacted the Billing Office almost a week ago. I did as told and uploaded all of my information into the patient portal, including the authorization letter for EAP visits I received. I have yet to receive a reply. I notified the front desk people as well as my therapist on my last appointment last Friday. They said they would reach out for me for someone to respond. And again have not heard anything yet. You want me to pay my bill promptly, but you won’t even answer basic questions so why should I even do that? if I am prompt in responding to you with my payment, I should expect nothing less from your billing department”

“Setup an initial appointment for my daughter and it was cancelled the day of without notice. No voicemail, no text, no email. My daughter sat on the zoom call by herself for 15 minutes before we called and they said "your insurance is out of network so we cancelled your appointment." I then said "that's not an issue I could've just paid for the appointment" to which they responded "well there's forms you need to fill out for that and they weren't filled out so we cancelled the appointment." Unacceptable customer service.”

“I did not like my experience with LifeStance.Getting the appointment scheduled was arduous. I could not connect with my chart - so keeping tracj of appointments is tough. I also did not like my doctor. He communicated poorly and I had to ask him to repeat himself. And finally he said my case was too complicated and would not take me on as a client! This was after waiting for ever for a triage and then an appointment with a doctor that was not board certified. I asked for a new board certified doc and he is the one who says it can't help me and would suggest I could somewhere else.”

“I recently had an initial consultation at this practice with Kwon,Alexander, MD and was disappointed by the lack of a thorough diagnostic process. Despite my 15-year history of successfully managed anxiety, the provider issued a significant new diagnosis and a prescription for mood stabilizers after only a 60-minute session. No standardized screening tools or questionnaires (such as the MDQ or GAD-7) were utilized to establish a baseline or differentiate between my lifelong personality traits and clinical symptoms. I felt my baseline temperament was mischaracterized as a mood disorder without sufficient investigation. I have had a great experience with LifeStance in a different state and was hoping to have the same here, but unfortunately that was not the case. Will not be returning.”
