“I’ve been with my clinician for years and she is beyond amazing!!!! 10 stars for her. Unfortunately, LifeStance as a company has been a nightmare…which is ironic considering they are in the mental health business. Their billing department is the absolute worst and the fact that when trying to make an appt, discuss billing, etc you are routed to an offshore call center instead of the local office in which you receive service is a terrible model for a business in this industry. Nothing about their operation at the corporate level seems conducive to the service they are built to provide. And the fact that I have to check in 10 minutes before each weekly appointment to complete their lengthy questionnaire is ridiculous. My relationship with my clinician is the ONLY reason I confine to use LifeStance.”
