“Iwas a patient there for 1.5 years. Their psych services were meh (got my scripts and that’s where it ends) but their policies are atrocious and all about maxing profits. I never missed an appointment. On one occasion I cancelled my appointment that was on a Tuesday on a Monday and was told there is a 48 h cancel policy. Fine, but it’s actually impossible to cancel on the weekend to which their response is “weekends don’t count.” I called again two weeks ago to ask to have the bill removed and they said they would look into it. I now got another text reminder. NEVER LEAVE A CARD on file at a lifestance. I am sure this place is owned by private equity and another example of the fall of medical care in the USA to capitalism.”
