Sabina and I would have conversations that would make the time pass quickly. She always offered valuable insights and encouragement, which enhanced each session. Susie PMHNP, helped me with managing the medications I was taking and was always available for questions and support. And Millie assisted me with getting my insurance coverage squared away. He is always on top of things, whether it is adjusting the helmet, checking on discomfort, or putting on music to help you settle in. He has a great ability to sense what the patient needs. If you want to talk, he is there. If you want quiet, he gives you space. His calm energy is exactly what you hope for during treatment. Sam radiates peace the moment you see her. She has a gentle smile and is an amazing listener. You can talk to her for hours and she listens with genuine care. She offers thoughtful insights when you need them most, and her presence feels very therapeutic. Sometimes simply being heard makes all the difference, and she provides that in a very natural way. Susie is always available for any questions or concerns. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and consistently makes sure that you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. One of the most thoughtful gestures is that they give you a certificate of completion at the end of your treatment. It is a wonderful reminder of your consistency and strength. Receiving it gives you a sense of pride and confidence inside. I will definitely be returning to this location for booster sessions next year. “I went to Success TMS after still feeling symptoms of depression after being on 3 antidepressants for about 1 year. The staff Sam the (neuroscientist), Shannon and Noel (treaters) who both treated me were so helpful during my treatment. The initial consultation and mini evaluation with Sam was great. He thoroughly explained the process to us and welcomed my Mom and I like we were friends or family. The staff always worked to accompany me over the 7 week treatment plan and worked with me to change appointment times when I needed.
