“18 days from first call to evaluation/mapping, I had to deal with multiple departments only to find out they discontinued the therapy (dTMS) that I was using there. I’ve tried many different types of therapy (except ECT) and I respond to TMS the best. I’ve used 4 different providers and the execution (have to use a lot of effort, multiple calls to get something like records, accurate information, or a treatment plan) for this one is not on par with the others. It’s still fairly decent.”
