What patients say on Google
“Without a doubt the worst mental health experience I’ve had to date. Incredibly unprofessional, The woman I met with was a terrible mess, she appeared disheveled and she had paperwork everywhere. She didn’t know where anything was and I was the one trying to help her with my PHQ9 and anxiety questionnaire. She kept saying how good it was I took off for my assessment because she was taking was longer than the hour for a psych eval. Then she was typing an email at an abysmal pace to find out if she can do FMLA paper work. WHAT DOCTOR DOESNT KNOW ABOUT FMLA PAPERWORK?! I was attempting to get spravato which requires time off from work and inability to drive. She had the audacity to tell me to go to my PCP- who is not a psychiatrist mind you to do it all because she “didnt feel comfortable.” I told her repeatedly that my employer requires FMLA paperwork to take off two days a week and then one day a week as the treatment changes and I do not have PTO time to commit to this. I would be taking time off UNPAID mind you, losing hundreds of dollars a pay period to attend treatment and she couldn’t even help me with that. I am a licensed social worker myself and I would personally fill out FMLA paperwork for doctors all the time to sign. IT COSTS NOTHING TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY ATTEND TREATMENT. I left enraged and in tears. How do these practitioners not know the time commitment and work conflict can be solved with time off people entitled to under FMLA. Spravato was my only hope to beat my TRD after my own psychiatrist told me she couldn’t do anything else. Dear owner, if you’d like a mental health professional to teach your practitioners about FMLA paperwork I’d be more than happy to explain the ins and outs and relative ease of filling out a form so people can get help and you make money off insurance!”
“Great place and great staff. Dr. Ade and Monette are the best!”
