“I did tms therapy when this was success tms and highly recommended them. Wanted to do follow up treatment and not only could they not find my records but they didn’t fully disclose that any of the initial calls were billable they kept saying they were putting through a prioritization and hadn’t heard back. Then proceeded to call me about making a list of my medications they should have already had which i reluctantly made but then started to get invoices and notices for a copay that I owed them and never even stepped foot in their office. I found the aggressive nature of the billing department off putting and quite frankly have no faith that they would fully disclose all costs or fees until you’re already deep into treatment and have no other chose. Based on the new management of this facility i now HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.”

“We had been very skeptical about treatment with TMS initially but the changes we had seen with the patient wis really very amazing. We completed the recommended 36 treatments and they will review him over the next weeks and months as we had been told the process continues to heal. Both health care techies were exceptional, especially Leah, who always cracks jokes and brings up a smile. “I just finished my treatment on Friday and I am feeling so much better than when I started treatment back in November. At first, I will admit I was skeptical about whether TMS would work, and I wasn’t sure if coming in 5 days a week was even possible with my toddler. My TMS technician Stephanie made me look forward to coming in. Her professionalism and kindness really made my treatments fly by, and I will miss our daily chats. Not only was she so great as my technician, but her and the other TMS technician, Kali, were so great helping me with my 16 month old son. They played with him and kept him happy and occupied while I was hooked up to the TMS machine. Stephanie always had Ms. Rachel on waiting for him when we came in for my appointment and her and Kali even brought toys for him to play with. My son loved these ladies and I know he will miss them too. Stephanie and Kali were like a ray of sunshine everyday and were always so positive and really cared about my treatment being a success. Joseph, my medical provider, was also great at guiding me through treatment and keeping me positive along the way. I hope my treatment gives me long term results, but I also wouldn’t mind coming back to treatment in the future because I know how easy and seamless the experience will be.
