“Rude phone staff! I was interested in joining a study, but my family raised concerns over the risks to my health a new medication would have on a different medical condition I suffer from. And there is no compensation for the study, so i couldn’t justify the risk. So I called to cancel and apologize, but express my definite interest in future studies... The girl who picked up was rude and hung up on me! I could only imagine how working with them and my health would have gone! Do not recommend, at all! A great way to lose future study volunteers!”
