“I came here seeking urgent psychiatric care and medication management while in the middle of a manic episode. I completed the initial in person evaluation with the psychiatrist at the clinic. The therapist I was scheduled to meet with was a no call no-show for the second part of the evaluation and my emails about rescheduling went unanswered. Additionally, the prescription for a mood stabilizer medication was sent to my pharmacy under the wrong name, and I was unable to get in contact with the office to resolve the issue. I ended up hospitalized as a result of their incompetence and mismanagement of my care. Over the past two weeks I have tried to communicate with the office about a refund, I have been completely blown off. This clinic put me in legitimate psychiatric danger by not fulfilling their duty of care to me as a patient. Stay away and avoid this clinic at all costs.”

“$700 for a 1 hour ECT evaluation (nothing more than a typical psych eval)… 2.5 weeks later & they still could not say when the treatment would start. Do not seek ECT here.”

“Ripped me off - consultation was supposed to be free. They charged me $550 for a brief consultation. Then they manipulated my insurance coverage so I would have to pay all the co-pays myself. This is AFTER I'd already paid $550 for the consultation, because I was told they would take my insurance. I'll have to get help from a more reliable facility. Heartbreaking and infuriating.”
