“I’m writing this review based on the experience a close family member had at this TMS health center, and it was very disappointing. From the beginning, there seemed to be a lack of professionalism and a lack of clear knowledge when it came to explaining the treatment being recommended. When questions were asked, the explanations were vague and did not provide the clarity a patient deserves when considering a medical treatment. What was most concerning was how quickly the focus shifted to performing multiple tests and pushing treatment, rather than taking the time to properly educate and reassure the patient. It felt as though there was more emphasis on getting testing done and moving forward with treatment than making sure the patient fully understood what was happening.Another serious concern was patient privacy. During treatment, random technicians or supervisors would enter the room without explanation. This should not be happening while someone is undergoing a medical treatment, as it feels like a clear violation of patient privacy and creates an uncomfortable environment for someone who is already in a vulnerable position. Patients and their families deserve professionalism, transparency, and respect when seeking care.”
