“You would imagine that a place that assists individuals with mental health would ensure they have a welcoming, friendly and positive person answering the phone for them… nope. The lady on the phone is BEYOND rude, unprofessional and quite honestly just a nuisance to deal with. With all of the terrible reviews I see about the “rude phone lady” I’m shocked she still has a job! Clearly this place does not care about the face or attitude representing their practice. I went here for about a year for virtual appointments and it was such a bad experience. They push medication and VERY quick appointments to get you off their plate. I wouldn’t even be on a call longer than 3 minutes. What a waste of everybody’s time. My doctor would not even remember important things I had told him! I understand you see a lot of clients but maybe this place should invest in some notebooks and pens…. And a new secretary situation.”
