“Absolutely horrible experience. The doctors and staff members here are completely and utterly unprofessional. As a returning patient, I had tried to schedule a appointment due to an urgent matter. After THREE weeks of no response to my calls and voicemails I finally got a hold of somebody through e-mails and called there corporate number to be seen. What do i get once i get ahold of a staff member? She tells me the psychiatrist i had been seeing for 6+ months essentially does not want to see me because I had WAITED TOO LONG TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Mind you, with all appointment struggles aside, She mentioned how she didn’t want to see me because I was apprehensive take medication. This doctor has never once diagnosed me with any mental illness nor directly prescribed me anything. This doctor would mention several different prescriptions for several different purposes , very loosely without telling me much information. She then went on to say that she “didn’t know me well enough” to sign off on a new prescription, my primary care doctor was prescribing me due to potential side effect effects. This doctor was not looking out for my wellbeing but rather some $$$. The exact reason she did not want to see me when signing off on a different prescription .. because she was upset, she would not be receiving money for it. I had been seeing this psychiatrist for over a year at this point and i HIGHLY advise u to look ELSEWHERE for highly professional and educated doctors with good intentions.”

I resisted medication for decades but relented because of poor quality of life. I’m glad I did. Rosemarie has been wonderful. I took 1 star off because for the first 8+ month, dealing withy the practice itself was a nightmare. I couldn’t reach them by phone, voicemails and emails were not returned. My doctor never saw my messages, etc. thankfully they upgraded their systems and operations and all is very good now.”
