It gave me the boost I needed to begin working through deep old trauma in a way I could not have done without it. The nurses and managers who work there are excellent - skilled, compassionate, and deeply capable of holding complex emotional experiences with kindness and patience. I felt genuinely supported through the process. I used my own psychiatrist throughout my two months there so I can't speak to that aspect of care, but heard good things from others. It was also easy to get to from NYC via Path train. Appointments ran extremely on time, and the waiting room is comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, drinks and spiritual music. Spending time there with others between sessions created a sense of camaraderie and shared experience. Very grateful.”

“I don't know where to start because there are so many GREAT things to say about Innercalm located in Jersey City, NJ. Around April of this year 2026 I found out about the "spravato treatment for depression". I have been dealing with depression for many years now and after a difficult time in my life last year where all I wanted to do was die, wanted to crash my car, or just take many pills and never wake up again. I started medication treatment and therapy last year but even with that I still felt down, sad, no energy or interest in anything and with suicidal thoughts still sometimes when I had very bad days. When I finally did research on spravato I thought this could be the treatment to help me finally be better. I started looking for a place to do this treatment and after lots of research I came across Innercalm and called them immediately to do an inquiry. They were so pleasant on the phone answering my questions about the treatment and insurance as well. After I left all my details within an hour I got another call for my intake so they could request my insurance for approval etc. The first part of the process was to be evaluated by a psychiatrist and Sallie was nothing but pleasant and caring with me and my story. I started my spravato treatment on May and omg the first day was amazing!!!!!!! When I walked in, I was greeted with courteous and high energy staff that made me feel comfortable to be there for a depression treatment. They took me inside a very zen and relaxing room with reclining chairs and calm music and lights. Michelle the person giving me my very first treatment was so sweet, informative, empathetic and explained every single step of the process and stayed with me the entire 2 hours of my first experience. After that day, I was sure that I made the right decision when I chose them for my spravato treatment. I have been going there for 2 months now and every time I go, I feel relaxed and cared for by their team. Ellace has also been giving me my treatments when I go and wow she is superb, sweet, so empathetic, compassionate, a great listener and really caring, she makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend and that I am home. Crazy story, when I met Ellace in person, we were talking and realized that she was the very first person I spoke on the phone about the treatment and she remembered this because we have the same birthday!!! since the first day we clicked. I actually look forward going for my treatment every week because I feel cared for and I know this treatment is helping me to finally feel better :). Now, I just moved 1 hour and 30 min away from jersey city and yes you will think im gonna look for another place closer to home to do the treatment but NOOOOO THANKS, I am going to continue coming for my treatments weekly because of how GREAT INNERCALM IS!!!!!!!! don't waste your time looking for other places, this is the place to be!!! they also have complementary snacks if we get hungry with the treatment which sometimes happens. They are just so caring for us people who feel down and sad all the time and with their sweet and joyful personalities they make you smile even when you walk in feeling down.
